You don't have to expose your body to look beautiful and attractive.

You don't have to be sexy to be fashionable.

Respect your body, cover them properly.

Dressing in "sexy" clothes will not cause men to honor or respect you.

In fact, it's actually guaranteed to cause men to dishonor and disrespect you.

If you want a man to respect you, and perhaps eventually fall in love with you, then you must show him that you respect yourself and that you recognize your dignity before God.

The best way to show this is through modesty in dress, words, thoughts and actions.

11.11.11 11.11

well obviously today is 11th November 2011. As for today's unique confluence of dates - 11.11.11-thousands around the world is planning on something special. and i'm thinking of doing something memorable and special too so that in future when people ask me "what did you do on 11.11.11?", i can answer it with a cool stuff going on. like "i got married on that day." or "it was the day i met your father." or "my 1st daughter was born on that day." etc. etc.

unfortunately, i seriously don't think that any of the above will happen on me on this very date, so i decided to do something else. and so, here you go my very special and memorable thing to brag on in future.... it's the birth of "from farah's eye view".... well, she is not my 1st 'daughter' actually. she is my second. so, hello world! :D

so, as for my 1st post, i would like to comment a lil bit about today's special date. i have googled about today's date actually, and some of these cames up in an article by Michelle Cooke & Caralise Moore :

well, that's their point of view, as for me, 11.11.11 is just another date and another day and they are special because of the numbers. that's it. whoever believe that it's the end of the world or a date where great satans will be released from i-dont-know-where, well, i think he/she is stupid. yes. stupid. even ustaz azhar idrus said so.
